Tips for Sending Mail and Packages:

  • Include Full Details: Make sure to include the student's full name, room number, and the specific residence building name. This helps our mail services team quickly identify and sort the incoming mail.
  • Check Delivery Times: Mail and package deliveries are typically processed Monday through Friday, and it takes at least 24 hours for it to be delivered to the Housing Office. After that, we will send the student an email notifying them there is a package to be picked up!
  • Notify the Recipient: If you’re sending a package, it’s a good idea to inform the student to expect it.
  • Restricted Items: Please note that certain items are not permitted in residence (e.g., candles, hazardous materials). Be sure to check our residence policies to avoid sending prohibited items.
  • Contact Information: For any questions about mailing or if you need assistance, please contact the Housing Services office at 403-329-2584 or email us at housing@uleth.ca.

Using the correct format and following these guidelines will help ensure that mail and packages reach students smoothly and efficiently.

The University is located on traditional Blackfoot Confederacy territory. We honour the Blackfoot people and their traditional ways of knowing in caring for this land, as well as all Aboriginal peoples who have helped shape and continue to strengthen our University community.
