Testimonial: The CBL is a place that continuously encourage me to reflect and develop my abilities as a student researcher. It's a place that nurture students to explore, to be messy (as research often is), to learn from others, to make mistakes (an unavoidable act), to talk to your peers (semi-productively), to be humorous (the cause for some of the semi-productivity), and to grow. It fosters an unwavering support system that finds oneself heard, valued, and understood. From Dr. Mbuli Shei Clodine serving as the lab manager, to the steering committee members, and my co-fellows, the lab is peopled by individuals who truly care about students and creating student opportunities. Being a part of the lab is the true highlight of my university experience.
