Q: How do I request a copy of my transcript? 
A: An unofficial copy of your transcript can be accessed by logging into the bridge. If you would like to request a copy of your official transcript, you can also do so through the Bridge but you will also have to set up a MyCreds account. please visit the Registrars’ Office web page to learn more.

Q: I forgot my login information for the Bridge and/or my student ID number! What should I do? 
A: If you are unable to access the Bridge, please get in touch with IT Services at help@uleth.ca.

Q: What happens to my uLethbridge student email when I graduate? 
A: Your uleth.ca email address will be valid for 1 year after your graduation. After that, it will expire and be discontinued. It is important that you transition your email account to another one and update your contact information before this happens. Update your information here.

Q: How do I gain access to my uLethbridge alumni email upon graduating?
A: Alumni have access to an alumni.uleth.ca email address upon their graduation. This email address is automatically set up for you, but it is separate from your uleth.ca email. For any questions about this process, please get in touch with IT Services at help@uleth.ca.
