Bryanne

Hi, my name is Bryanne, and I am in my third year at the U of L working towards my BSc in Geography. I'm hoping to pursue a career in Environmental Resource Management after completing my degree! Outside of school some of my interests are hiking and reading. I also enjoy tending to my ever-growing house plant collection. I hope to see you this fall as I'm sure I can pass along a few studying tips and tricks!

Peer Learning Mentor Callie

Callie

Hey, my name is Callie! I am a fourth-year student majoring in general social sciences and social studies education with the plan to become a teacher in the near future! I am super passionate about social studies and being able to share that with others. Whenever I get spare time away from school work I enjoy baking, going for walks and watching tv shows with friends. I want to be able to help others in any way I can. I look forward to meeting you and helping in any way I can!

Peer Learning Mentor Cassidy

Cassidy

Hi everyone! My name is Cassidy, and I am in my Pre-Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Education. I am going into my second year of the program, and I am hoping to be a teacher! I’m extremely passionate about the outdoors – I love hiking, camping, canoeing, and exploring all nature has to offer. I prefer studying in coffee shops and libraries and I have learned many different skills for studying that I find extremely useful! I would love to share and exchange them with you.

Peer Learning Mentor Michaela

Mikaela

Hiya! My name is Michaela. My focus is on Art Studio and Languages even though I started in the Social Sciences! I love binging rom coms, reading, baking, and cats. You’ll always catch me with a coffee in my hands and mint chocolates on the brain. From Political Science to Printmaking, online to in-person classes, I have learned a lot along the way and can’t wait to share it with you! Hope to meet you soon!

Peer Learning Mentor Sanaa

Sanaa

Hi there! My name is Sanaa [pronounced Sun-uh] and I am a fourth year BA/BEd student with majors in English and general humanities. Some questionably fun facts about me are that I am 5”11 (yes, I get tired of hearing “wow you’re so tall”) and that I was born in San Diego, California. In my free time I enjoy reading and am also thoroughly obsessed with shows from the 80’s and 90’s like The Golden Girls, Three’s Company, and Full House! I also love to cook, bake, and drink coffee. Now enough about me — I am so excited and grateful to be part of your university experience and look forward to helping you navigate your academic career. I look forward to sharing the tips and advice that I swear by when it comes to studying and time management while of course, avoiding burnout!

Appointments can also be booked with Jaime Takahashi, Peer Learning Coordinator.
