Safe Work Procedure	Visually inspect worksite for possible hazards Complete “Confined Space Entry” form Refer to “Confined Space Procedures” as found in this section Ensure proper lockout / tagout procedures are followed Refer to “Lockout / Tagout Procedures” as found in this section Visually inspect guardrails to ensure they are properly secured / maintained. Report any deficiencies to Supervisor for repair Check nozzles for buildup Clean all debris from eliminators Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after handling nozzles
