Urgent Work Requests

Call us to Make an Immediate Request

1. Urgent Requests

If your request is of an urgent nature, please contact the Service Centre staff directly at 403-329-2602 or Security Services at 403-329-2345. Examples include:

  • Security of a room which cannot be locked or reopened
  • Broken doors
  • Broken glass
  • Water leaks

2. Safety Issues

If your request is a safety issue, please contact the Service Centre staff directly at Local 2602. The matter will be dealt with immediately and the safety concern will be eliminated even if materials require ordering.

  • Tripping hazards
  • Washrooms in dim or no light due to burned out lamps
  • Flickering lights in classrooms or offices
  • Fallen light lenses
  • Broken furniture in common areas
  • Office occupant desk chair or workstation failure
