Safe Work Procedure	Visually inspect worksite for possible hazards Ensure proper lockout / tagout of boiler Refer to “Lockout / Tagout Procedures” as found in this section onfined space is a factor when carrying out work inside the boilers. A confined space form needs to be filled out and the necessary precautions taken Refer to “Confined Space Entry” documentation as found in this section Refer to PM #’s M015 / M016–HWH-CP as found in Appendix ‘B’
