Employee, Staff, & Faculty Permits

Employees categorized as 'Full Time-Continuing' salaried are issued an Annual parking permit, paid by through monthly payroll deductions, and are renewed each academic year until requested cancelled. These parking permits are available for most permit required lots on campus, subject to availability: Lot C, Lot E, Lot F, Lot H, Lot K, and Lot N (please refer to campus map).

Hourly-Staff parking permits may be issued as Annual term or Semester term permits only, subject to availability. These permits are charged to the UofL Staff Account and are paid for in full through the Cash Office. Registered Students who may also be employed at the University are only eligible for student-rate parking permits available on the parking portal (https://parking.uleth.ca)
