Visiting & Exchange Students

Western Deans' Agreement

The University of Lethbridge is a signatory of the Western Deans' Agreement; this agreement is an expression of cooperation and mutual support among universities offering Graduate programs in western Canada. Its primary purpose is the reciprocal enrichment of graduate programs throughout western Canada. This agreement is not intended to preclude other agreements between participating institutions. Contact the School of Graduate Studies at sgs@uleth.ca for application and registration information.

Exchange Student Admission Route

Students registered in a graduate program at another educational institution may be considered to enroll in courses at the University of Lethbridge under approved exchange agreements. Please contact the International Centre (international@uleth.ca) for information. Admission is based on satisfying academic qualifications for admission.

Visiting Student Admission Route

A student is considered a Visiting Student when a formal exchange arrangement is not in place and permission is granted by both the sending and receiving institutions. Contact the School of Graduate Studies at sgs@uleth.ca for application and registration information. Admission is based on satisfying academic qualifications for admission.


In case of discrepancies between this page and the Graduate Studies Calendar and Course Catalogue, the Graduate Studies Calendar and Course Catalogue shall prevail.
