Support at the Health Centre
The Health Centre provides mental health care that includes assessment, diagnosis, and medical management.
We can support you with:
- Medication management
- Assessment of new or changing mental health concerns
- Mental health concerns that may also involve physical symptoms
- Referrals to psychiatry or other mental health professionals when appropriate
- Ongoing follow-up care
