  • Visually inspect worksite for possible hazards
  • Refer to Safe Work Practices on “Portable Ladders” as found in Appendix ‘A’
  • Ensure proper lockout / tagout and valve isolation procedures are followed
  • Refer to “Lockout / Tagout Procedures” as found in this section
  • Refer to PM# C006-HWH-CP as found in Appendix ‘B’
