General/Brief Description of task Spring and fall servicing and maintenance. Check of electrical vault air conditioning and
ventilation equipment.
Frequency of task performedSemi-annually in April & November
Hazards Identified#11 – Slips / Falls
P.P.E. required: Special tools required (if any)
  • Extension Ladder
  • Refrigeration Service Tools
  • Tool Bag
Safe Work Procedure
  • Visually inspect worksite for possible hazards
  • Refer to Safe Work Practices on “Portable Ladders” as found in Appendix ‘A’
  • Refer to PM# R010-AHU-CP as found in Appendix ‘B
