Return Policy

You may receive a full refund on purchases of Bookstore merchandise if the following conditions are met:
  • Valid sales receipt required for all returns
  • Textbooks may be returned for refund within 10 business days of the start of classes. Textbook returns can be done in person or can be mailed to the bookstore in a traceable manner. Parcels that are postmarked within this timeframe will be eligible for refund, providing it meets all other criteria mentioned below.
  • Product must be returned in MINT condition, as determined by Bookstore staff. Items deemed not to be in resalable condition will be returned to you, at your expense.
  • Clothing, memorabilia, supplies and general interest books may be exchanged or refunded if returned in MINT condition, as determined by Bookstore staff, within 10 business days from the date of purchase. Returns can be done in person, or can be mailed to the bookstore in a traceable manner. Parcels that are postmarked within this timeframe will be eligible for refund, providing it meets all other criteria mentioned below.
  • We will be happy to refund original shipping charges for items being returned due to our error. Any other shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. We recommend that product be shipped in a method that is traceable.

Non-returnable items include but may not be limited to the following:
  • Plastic-wrapped items (if opened)
  • E-Books/Digital Access Codes (if accessed) Please contact the seller for further information.
  • Coil-bound textbooks/coursepacks
  • Special Ordered items

For hygienic reasons, some items may be ineligible for a refund (ex. earbuds, headwear, etc.).

  • If you are not sure about what you need, or if you are unsure whether or not you will be able to return a particular item:

  • Two weeks prior to the first day of classes we guarantee that what is on the shelf is what your instructor requires. If not, we will contact the affected course with instructions on how to return the incorrect item.
