Student Follow-You Printing/Copying with Bridge Bucks
The only way to print on Campus for students is to use Bridge Bucks. You simply send your print job through the Web Printing site using your U of L login credentials or an option available here. Then login to any of the Follow-You location across campus, and select the document to print. To Copy, login with your U of L ID credential at the copier and follow the instructions.
Request a Refund for Printing Issue
If you encounter an issue with the Follow-You printing system and would like to request a refund please fill out the Bridge Bucks Refund form from the Printing Services Department.
Bridge Bucks refunds for other circumstances, like withdrawing from the University, are handled on a case by case basis and can be requested through the University Cash Office in Anderson Hall.
