Printing Information

Student Follow-You Printing/Copying with Bridge Bucks

The only way to print on Campus for sudents is to use Bridge Bucks. You simply send your print job to the Follow-You "Campus" print queue using your U of L login credentials, swipe your U of L ID card at any Follow-You location accross campus, and select the document to print. To Copy, just swipe your U of L ID card and follow the instructions on the copier.

Request a Refund for Printing Issue

If you encounter an issue with the Follow-You printing system and would like to request a refund please fill out the Bridge Bucks Refund form from the Printing Services Department.

Bridge Bucks refunds for other circumstances, like withdrawing from the University, are handled on a case by case basis and can be requested through the University Cash Office in Anderson Hall.
