Full fees, including all miscellaneous and incidental fees, are due and payable by the following deadlines:
Fall Term
October 1st
Winter Term
February 1st
Summer Term
June 1st
For all summer sessions
When a deadline occurs on a weekend or statutory holiday, the deadline will be the next working day.
Any outstanding amounts are charged interest at the beginning of each month at an annual rate of bank prime rate plus five per cent. The interest rate will be set May 1st each year based on the prime rate posted that day and applied for the entire year. To register for future terms, all outstanding fees with the University must be paid in full.
A payment over and above any registration deposits on Fall or Winter fees must be made by the above deadlines to ensure registration is not cancelled for non-payment of fees. There is a $100 reinstatement fee charged if you are re-registered after cancellation of classes.
Student bills are sent to the student's University of Lethbridge email account. Current student bills are not sent via Canada Post.
