U of L Ed 2500 Practicum Recognition Option Form (PROF) Summer 2022

Thank you for hosting an Education 2500 student this semester. In order to issue your recognition option, please complete and submit the PROF prior to June 3 in order to meet the June payroll deadline.

NOTE: If the PROF is not submitted, a donation will be made to the “Teacher Fund”.
