Dear University of Lethbridge Community, 

As many of you know, the Alberta government invested $3 million to undertake planning work associated with reimagining University Hall (Destination Project II) and ensuring the longevity of this iconic structure. This project represents not only a physical transformation of University Hall but a commitment to the future of our students, faculty and the communities we serve.

Elders Francis First Charger, Cathy Hunt and Shirlee Crow Shoe provide cultural support, traditional teachings and guidance to any University of Lethbridge student, staff, or faculty from any culture.

Cathy Hunt & Shirlee Crow Shoe will be located in the Iikaisskini Gathering Centre in W650. Francis First Charger will be located in the Ceremony Room in A430.

Any sharp object that is discarded into garbage cans has the potential for injury. To reduce the risk of injury by sharps and sharp objects, the following should be considered for proper disposal:

All sharp items (i.e. broken glass, metal, light bulbs, etc.) should be boxed or bagged separately and labelled so that Caretaking Services, and others, are aware of the hazard. In addition, please notify Caretaking at 403-329-2060 or caretaking@uleth.ca to request removal.
