Visiting Author Waubgeshig Rice

Author of the award-winning Moon of the Crusted Snow and Moon of the Turning Leaves Waubgeshig Rice from Wasauksing First Nation will visit University of Lethbridge for a day of activities, beginning with a Welcoming Ceremony and ending with a public reading. Bring your books to get signed!

Elders-in-Residence schedule for September 2024

Oki,

Elders Francis First Charger, Cathy Hunt and Shirlee Crow Shoe provide cultural support, traditional teachings and guidance to any University of Lethbridge student, staff, or faculty from any culture.

Cathy Hunt & Shirlee Crow Shoe will be located in the Iikaisskini Gathering Centre in W650. Francis First Charger will be located in the Ceremony Room in A430.
