Services We Offer

The Faculty of Education directly supports the following activities:

  • Office computing as it relates to teaching, learning, and research. We do this by having a pair of full-time individuals available to help you with day-to-day problems as they crop up. They are also available on a one-to-one or small group basis for assistance with software.
  • Technology integration into the teaching and learning of our students. We do this by having a fully stocked lab of the latest hardware and software that our students have priority access to. In addition, the University is wiring in most of the teaching spaces for Ethernet connections, and most teaching spaces for Education feature video projectors so that students can present material using the computer. For those spaces that do not have presentation equipment, the Faculty has a number of portable units available.
  • Presentation of research and teaching materials off campus. The Faculty has a small supply of laptops and projectors, which are for the express use of Faculty members who are traveling to conferences to present or need to have access to their work while off campus.
