IPHCPR Network Travel Award

The IPHCPR Network Travel Award offers financial support to First Nations, Métis, and Inuit students and trainees who are presenting health-related research as first authors at conferences or professional gatherings.

If you are traveling outside of Canada, you must register your travel plans with the University through the Campus Safety Travel Abroad Registry and obtain the required authorizations to travel as set out in the U of L Students Safety Abroad procedures.

Eligibility

  • Applicants must be self-identified First Nations, Métis, or Inuit students enrolled full-time in an undergraduate (bachelor’s) or graduate health-related program, or holding a postdoctoral position in a health-related field, at a post-secondary institution in Alberta.

  • Complete the IPHCPR Network Travel Award application, and any additional relevant awards will appear for you to complete under the “Other Recommended Opportunities” section.
