Writing Center

The University of Lethbridge Writing Centre is located in the Library (L1006A). The Writing Centre provides students in all disciplines (including graduate students) with practical writing support that supplements in-class instruction. In addition to writing assistance on a variety of types of graduate student assignments, the Writing Centre also offers one-on-one writing consultations, which allow for a more personalized and interactive learning experience in an academic context.

The Writing Centre is also an active campus partner for the THRIVE Professional Skills Program. Their experienced faculty and staff members lend their expertise to a number of initiatives including both the Thesis Writing Boot Camps, as well as variety of other workshops and events.

For more information on the Writing Centre or to book an appointment with an instructor please visit the Writing Centre website.

The University is located on traditional Blackfoot Confederacy territory. We honour the Blackfoot people and their traditional ways of knowing in caring for this land, as well as all Aboriginal peoples who have helped shape and continue to strengthen our University community.
