Dr. Hess served on the U of L Senate from 1985 to 1991 and received an honorary degree from the U of L in 2004. She encourages an understanding and respect of our water resources and the environment.
Eligibility
- Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada
- Student enrolled in any Masters or Ph.D program. The course of study being pursued must relate to the Environment and can include topics of study or research in the Humanities, Fine Arts, Sciences and Social Sciences.
