Research expertise

My research focuses on the interceptions between work and non work life. I have researched the general concept of work-life balance as well as explored the experience of employees engaging in corporate sponsored or endorsed voluntarism. I am currently engaged in research on the lived experience of people experiencing cardiovascular health conditions. How do they engage with their employers to receive needed accommodations? How do they manage the social and emotional dimensions of health? What are the financial repercussions of living with acute or chronic illness?

TopicsĀ

Workplace accommodations, work life balance, occupational health and safety, organizational behavior, stakeholder engagement, patient engagement in healthcare
