Sample Job Search Documents

When you’re writing a cover letter for a teaching position you are really writing for the future. It is the single most important element in your job search and it provides a clear picture of what makes you different from other applicants. Every word should count, as it can be your first step in the door.
As a young teacher, your resume should provide a brief snapshot of your experience, framed by as much evidence as possible that you will be a great teacher.
These documents are your first step in your independent journey as a teacher. As part of our commitment to starting you on the right foot, we’re happy to provide examples of cover letters and resumes that you can use as a guide to creating documents that best reflect your training, your experience, and your vision as a young teacher.
