Feeling unwell or need a prescription refill? Connect with a clinician anytime, anywhere, using your phone, computer, or tablet. The Virtual Health Clinic offers comprehensive medical care, including:

• Diagnosing injuries and illnesses

• Prescribing medication

• Referrals for x-rays, lab tests, and specialists

Getting started is easy:

1. Download the Cleveland Clinic Express Care mobile app.

2. Create your account.

3. Enter the Service Key: ULC.


The Virtual Health Clinic is here to help with most non-emergency health concerns, including:

• Cold and flu symptoms

• Coughs and sore throats

• Ear pain

• Headaches

• Digestive issues

• Pink eye

• Skin conditions and rashes

• Sexual health consultations

On-Campus Virtual Health Clinic

The on-campus Virtual Health Clinic offers expanded care with medical examinations for the mouth, throat, ears, lungs, heart, blood pressure, blood oxygen, and temperature. If your concern requires any of these assessments, please book the Virtual Health Clinic room in advance.

• Hours: 10 a.m.–1 p.m. & 2 p.m.–6 p.m., Monday to Friday

• Check-in: Visit to S6032 (Calgary Campus Office) to check in for appointment

Please note: Add spouses, partners, or children to the Virtual Health Clinic for an additional fee at studentvip.ca/ULC.
