Seeking emotional support? Look no further! Our Counselling Services at ULethbridge in Calgary are here to help. With compassionate counsellors available remotely via phone or Zoom, you can connect with the support you need from the comfort of your space. Unfortunately, walk-in and in-person appointments are not available for ULethbridge in Calgary students.

Onboarding Process
Explore Resources

Fall/Spring Hours

Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 7:30pm (Closed 12 -1:15 pm for Lunch)
Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm (Closed 12 -1:15 pm for Lunch)

Steps to accessing counselling supports

Embrace emotional well-being with Counselling Services - connecting you with remote support through phone or Zoom

Step 1 | Contact us

Email or call us directly to start the onboarding process.

Step 2 | Complete forms

We will send you digital forms for you to complete and send back to us.

Step 3 | Phone intake

Once the forms are completed, we will complete a 15 minute intake session to determine your needs.

Step 4 | Connect to Services

Based on your needs during your intake session, we will book you with counselling services, or provide an appropriate referral.

Emergencies & After Hours

  • If you are in emotional distress during office hours, a counsellor may be available as soon as possible. We reserve spots for emergencies situations such as recent assault, suicide risk or severe emotional crisis.

  • Distress line of Southwestern Alberta at (403) 327-7905 or 1-888-787-2880
