Racism Post Conflict; Reflections on the Japanese-Canadian Experience

On December 7th, 2017, the 75th anniversary of the bombing of Pearl Harbor, the Centre for Culture and Community co-hosted with the Prentice Institute the guest speaker Dr. George Takashima, who as a child was interred during the war. His discussion of how this occurred and its impacts on Japanese in Canada is one not to miss. We are honored to be able to provide video of this historically significant talk.
