Cancellation Policies

External Facility Bookings

Atrium Table Rentals

Cancellations must be made 2 business days in advance of the reservation date. Individuals/Groups cancelling less than 2 business days prior will be charged for the first day of their table rental.

Atrium Facility Rentals

Cancellations must be made a minimum of 7 days prior to the booking date. Individuals/Groups that cancel less than 7 days prior to their booking date will be charged the full cost of the rental.

AH100 Rentals

Cancellations must be made a minimum of 7 days prior to the booking date. Individuals/Groups that cancel less than 7 days prior to their booking date will be charged the full cost of the rental.

Classroom Rentals

Cancellations must be made a minimum of 7 days prior to the booking date. Individuals/Groups that cancel less than 7 days prior to their booking date will be charged the full cost of the rental.
