Share Your Voice! 
(ages 9-12 and 13-20)

Lights, camera... recording! Whether you're belting out Wicked, singing your own version of Adele, or working on a classical aria, there’s a spot - and a high note! - waiting just for you. Spend 5 days (mornings or afternoons) in private lessons and workshops with professional voice instructors. And, on the last day, you’ll head into the Music Department’s recording studio to professionally record your favourite number! That’s right, headphones on, mic hot, and you in the studio like a Broadway pro.  You’ll leave this program with your very own recording.  Located at the U of L Centre for the Arts.  To discuss how this program will meet your needs, please feel free to email us: Music.Conservatory@uleth.ca.

REGISTRATION: Register until July 15th, 2026 and you can pay in small installments (simply log into your account and pay a little at a time, as it works for you). Total fees must be paid by July 15, 2026.  

AGES 9-12 - COST: $300

  • Monday to Friday (August 10-14) -- 9am-1:00pm daily (arrive between 8:45-9AM)

AGES 13-20 - COST: $300

  • Monday to Friday (August 10-14) -- 1:00-5:00pm daily (arrive between 12:45-1:00pm) 

Bursaries are available for qualifying students through the Conservatory's bursary fund, and financial subsidies are also available through the City of Lethbridge, for Lethbridge residents. Please visit this page for more information.

No need to wait for your Owl Post—this magical adventure is open to wizards and non-magical folk! Step into a week-long wizarding world experience filled with creativity, laughter, and hands-on fun. Campers will craft their very own custom wands, compete in spellbinding wizard games, design imaginative creature companions, mix mysterious potions, and practice casting spells, all while discovering the magic of music woven into every enchanting activity. From captivating melodies to magical mischief, each day brings a new adventure that brings the wizarding world to life. These camps disappear faster than a vanishing spell - Register today!

Designed especially for our littlest students, Mini-U Music Summer School is a fast-paced half-day adventure bursting with rhythm, movement, singing, and creative crafts. Each day is a playful, high-energy introduction to the world of music where curiosity leads the way and every child shines. Move over, Mozart, there’s a new generation of musical prodigies in the making!  This camp is limited to 10 children per session.

Join us July 5–11, 2026 for our annual Lethbridge Piano Intensive, a dynamic, non-auditioned program held on the University of Lethbridge campus. Open to piano students with 1+ years of experience, this immersive week features one-on-one lessons, duo and trio coaching, rhythm workshops, master classes, and engaging breakout sessions on topics like composition, extended techniques, and musicians’ health. Students enjoy access to excellent on-site practice facilities, catered dinners for full-day participants, and optional residence accommodations (for an extra fee).

This program culminates in a public recital on July 11 at 2:00 pm in our beautiful recital hall. Designed to inspire growth, confidence, and connection, this program offers pianists of all ages and levels an unforgettable week of music-making. PAYMENT INSTALLMENTS: Register anytime after February 16, 2026 and pay a small down payment, and then take until June 30 to pay the remaining balance. All fees must be paid by June 30.   

AGES 7-12

  • Fees: $400 (Early Bird Price: $375 until June 6)
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, July 6-10, 9am-12pm (drop off as early as 8:30am, pick up until 12:30pm).  Add afternoon care for an additional $130.
  • Opening/Closing Concerts: Sunday, July 5, 3-5pm -- Welcome activities and faculty concert at 4pm (parents welcome) AND Saturday, July 11, 2pm -- Participant Concert open to friends and family. Pizza luncheon for participants before concert.
  • Looking for afternoon care? We have a 1/2 day multi-disciplinary program available, July  6 - 10 from 12-4 p.m. (pick-up between 4-5 p.m.). NOTE: registration for this program is only available for students who are also registered in LPI for ages 7-12

AGES 13-20*

  • Fees: $650, including dinners each weeknight (Early Bird Price: $625 until June 6)
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, July 6-10, 9am-9pm. NOTE: This program includes a catered dinner each day!  
  • Opening/Closing Concerts: Sunday, July 5, 3-5pm -- Welcome activities and faculty concert at 4pm (parents welcome) AND Saturday, July 11, 2pm -- Participant Concert open to friends and family. Pizza luncheon for participants before concert.

    *Online options are available for this age group ($375), but please note that not ALL activities are available for online students.

ADULT 

  • Fees: $175 (in-person OR online) until May first.  After May 1, the fees are $200.
  • Hours: July 3-5 - times TBD -- Welcome activities, group discussions, masterclasses, workshops, and a faculty concert (4pm on July 5).
  • Details: This program is perfect for teachers and adult-learners!  Immerse yourself in a supportive community of like-minded individuals; share, connect, embrace and learn.  From experienced teachers, advanced students, to new-to-music students - all are welcome!  Join us!

ON-CAMPUS ACCOMMODATIONS 

2025 Accommodation Cost (2026 rates will be updated when they are available):

  • Sleeping Bag rate (you bring ALL linen, towels, pillows, toiletries, etc.): $50.00/per person per night (minimum six-night stay).  If you are interested in on-campus accommodations, please email us at music.conservatory@uleth.ca so we can add your name to the hotel block.  You will then be prompted to call in and pay with a credit card.

Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first serve basis, and LPI provides chaperones in residence for all participants.

  • Each guest will be assigned in a 4-bedroom apartment at a first come, first served basis.
  • Each suite includes a refrigerator and microwave (utensils not provided).

Check In available Monday to Friday 9 am to 4 pm. No weekends or statutory holidays**. 
**Please arrange with The Conservatory and Department of Music to pick up your hotel keys from them as Front Desk is NOT open on weekends**
