Combined Degrees Program

Combined Degrees Program

A streamlined path to two degrees and career in education.

One path. Two degrees. A future in teaching.

The Combined Degrees program gives you the best of both worlds: the opportunity to explore the subject you love while preparing to become a teacher. You'll build a strong foundation in your chosen major, while gaining the knowledge, skills and real-world experience to lead your own classroom with confidence.

  • You’ll need to complete 50-courses over 5 years;
  • At least 30 of those courses need to be in your chosen first degree (for example, Bachelor of Arts);
  • your major needs to include a teachable school subject;
  • 20 of the 50 courses need to be in Education.

When you’ve successfully completed all of these requirements, you’ll be conferred with two degrees: for example, Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Education. The requirements of both degrees must be met before either degree is conferred.
