EndNote Part 1: Basics Workshop online via Zoom | March 8

EndNote is citation management software which can help you manage, organize and use your research literature. It integrates with Microsoft Word (and selected other word processing software) so that you can "cite-while-you-write" using your choice of citation styles. EndNote is available for both Windows and Mac computers. We will be using the latest version in the Windows/PC environment with Microsoft Word.

So you want to create a 3D model: How to design a printable 3D model with Tinkercad | March 3 or 4

This hands-on workshop walks participants through the process of creating a 3D object with Tinkercad. Students attending this workshop will receive credit on their MyExperience Transcript. In this workshop, participants will learn:

  • How to navigate a 3D workspace
  • How to create complex objects from primitive shapes
  • Unique properties of native tools
  • Limits to imported items

Craft n' Chill: Painting | February 25

Come and join us for our online Project Sandbox Craft n' Chill event. During this event, you will be able to hang out with other members from the University community and paint! Wix Website Creation Workshop | February 23

Remember COVID-19 protocols for accessing the Lethbridge campus

With the Spring Semester in full swing and as we approach reading week, we all need to be reminded about our role in keeping the Campus safe and secure. To date, the U of L has done fairly well in terms of following our safety requirements, keeping socially distanced, washing our hands and wearing our masks, and our experience would demonstrate that our efforts are having a tangible effect on our low numbers of COVID cases on Campus. However, we still have some work to do.
