Title: Uncovering potential biomarkers in Endometriosis through differential expression
Abstract: This project focused on the discovery of potential biomarkers for endometriosis. Both RNA-sequencing and microarray datasets were used to identify both up and downregulated genes. These datasets, obtained from the NCBI GEO, included both control and disease samples taken from females at the transcriptomic level. The identified differentially expressed genes were then used to view enriched biological pathways. The goal of this project is to identify potential actionable biomarkers that could contribute to the advancement of precision medicine for Endometriosis.
