Presentation title: Positional Effects of 2'O-MoE Chemical Modifications on siRNA Duplex
Abstract: Small interfering RNA (siRNA) therapeutics require chemical modifications to enhance stability, reduce nuclease degradation, and preserve gene-silencing activity. This study examines how the position of 2′-O-methoxyethyl (2′-O-MoE) modifications within an siRNA duplex influences its structural and functional properties. By systematically introducing 2′-O-MoE modifications at different locations, we assessed their effects on duplex stability.
