Trauma Informed Yoga

Trauma informed yoga is an evidence-based approach that prioritizes the lived experience and healing journey of each participant.

Classes will include a gentle yoga flow that emphasizes choice, trust and consent. Each session will also incorporate mindfulness meditation, focused on gaining coping skills and building resilience. No yoga experience is required.

This approach can be helpful to anyone looking for an increased sense of empowerment and safety, while strengthening the connection between mind and body.
