Winterize Travel Tips

Check your vehicles’: Tires, battery, belts and hoses, anti-freeze, brakes, heater, defroster and windshield wipers.

Consider having an emergency kit in your vehicle. Consider including the following in the kit: first aid kit, fire extinguisher, blanket, road map and compass, extra clothing and footwear, rags, sand/non-clumping cat litter, flashlight with extra batteries, emergency food, ice scraper and snowbrush, cell phone, candle in a deep tin, waterproof matches, shovel and booster cables.

Elders-in-Residence November 2024 Schedule

Oki,

Elders Francis First Charger, Cathy Hunt and Shirlee Crow Shoe provide cultural support, traditional teachings and guidance to any University of Lethbridge student or employee from any culture.

Cathy Hunt & Shirlee Crow Shoe will be located in the Iikaisskini Gathering Centre in W650. Francis First Charger will be located in the Ceremony Room in A430.

EndNote Parts 1 & 2 (Combined) Workshop Online | Nov. 13

EndNote is a citation management software that can help you manage, organize, and use your research literature. It integrates with Microsoft Word (and selected other word processing software) so that you can "cite-while-you-write" using your choice of citation styles. EndNote is available for both Windows and Mac computers. We will be using the latest version in the Windows/PC environment with Microsoft Word.

SU/TH Level 1 north corridor temporary closure

On Tuesday, Nov. 5 between 7 a.m. and noon, the north corridor between the Students Union level 1 and Turcotte Hall level 1 will be closed for construction to re-install a door and frame that had to be removed to accommodate the pool bulkhead move-ins. (see attached drawing) Please use level 2 corridor for north SU/TH access. Detour signage will be posted.
