We as technical professionals are here to help you bring to fruition whatever projects you can conceive. Furthermore, we can guide you through the process to produce, design and develop your project.

In Tech Services we have an extensive fabrication shop, complete with 3-axis milling of a variety of materials along with a 14” diameter and 40” long horizontal lathe that can handle even the biggest of projects. In the metals department we have a complete welding bay set up to cut, fuse, grind, bend and roll various metal works. We are also capable of cutting and connecting a variety of additional materials such as wood and plexiglass.

Our Expertise & Services

As technical professional and following the safety code of conduct set at the U of L, we are first and foremost concerned with the safety and wellbeing of the students. With that said, we will train each participant on the working and safety aspects of each machine to ensure a successful and productive outcome facilitating a prosperous learning environment. Once trained, each participant has the option of working in a supervised environment or if desired, we can assist in the build. Time and materials will be billed to each user. We have a variety of material in stock or users can choose to source their own supplies.
