Mass Spectrometry

Mass Spectrometry

What is Mass Spectrometry?

Mass Spectrometry is a technique used in analytical chemistry for measuring the mass-to-charge ratio (m/z) of one or more molecules in a sample. Mass Spectrometry is used to calculate the exact molecular weight of a sample's components with parts-per-million (ppm) to parts-per-billion (ppb) mass accuracy of a wide range of compounds.
