Pronghorn Athletics

Image

University Athletics is an important part of the university experience and the U of L is committed to supporting athletic excellence and promoting academic success amongst our athletes, while building community spirit and pride in our athletic programs.

Our Pronghorn athletes proudly wear our blue and gold and are committed to their sport. Our student athletes also demonstrate their ability to excel in the classroom with many students achieving Academic All-Canadian status by maintaining a GPA of 3.4 or higher.

Finances remain a struggle for many students, but with the increased demands on their schedule because of practices and games, student athletes are particularly burdened.

There are a number of ways you can support Pronghorn Athletics:

  • Make a gift to the Pronghorn Annual Fund
  • Support Athletic Scholarship Programs
  • Adopt-A-Horn
  • Pronghorns Women's Basketball Program Endowment.pdf

Your support enables the U of L to build a competitive athletic program, ensuring a level of athletic and academic excellence that makes the University, the athletes and our fans proud.

The University is located on traditional Blackfoot Confederacy territory. We honour the Blackfoot people and their traditional ways of knowing in caring for this land, as well as all Aboriginal peoples who have helped shape and continue to strengthen our University community.
