Iikaisskini (Low Horn) Gathering Centre

Iikaisskini (ee-GUS-ganee) is Blackfoot meaning “low horn," named in honour of Dr. Leroy Little Bear (BASc (BA) '72, DASc '04) in recognition of his services to the University of Lethbridge. A modern day warrior for Indigenous higher education, Indigenous rights, treaties, Blackfoot traditional knowledge and culture.
