Who we are

The mission of the Grounds Department is to provide a positive, welcoming atmosphere on campus for students, staff and the general public. Our goal is to keep exterior spaces tidy, manage snow and ice in a diligent manner on roadways and walkways, install and maintain healthy plant materials that are appropriate to their location, and provide stewardship for the natural landscape to maximize its value as an asset to the environment.
