What began as a pilot project in 2012 has grown into a Family Day mainstay, as the eighth annual Family Day play event will take place Monday, February 18, 2018 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the 1st Choice Savings Centre for Sport and Wellness.

The University of Lethbridge is adding two new graduate programs for health and business professionals who want to expand their skills in health-care management.
The new programs, which will be offered at the U of L’s Calgary campus, include a graduate certificate and master’s in Health Services Management. Both are designed for health-care practitioners and entry-level managers who want to move to more senior positions.

Glioblastoma (GBM), the brain cancer that killed Gord Downie of The Tragically Hip and former American senator John McCain, has a dismal prognosis and survival rate.
