Therapy Dogs Returning to the Library! | Monday & Tuesday, November 20 & 21, 6 – 7 p.m.

The Student Success Centre and the St. John Ambulance Therapy Dogs are back in the Library!

Are you feeling stressed, tired, or missing your own furry friend? Take a study break and come to the Library to see a therapy dog!

• WHEN: November 20 and 21 (Monday and Tuesday!)
• TIME: 6 – 7 p.m. 
• WHERE: L1008 A & B

Nikkei Memory Capture Project: “Stop the Presses! Japanese-Canadians in 20th century Southern Alberta newspapers” Exhibit | October 31 – December 22

The Nikkei Memory Capture Project’s “Stop the Presses! Japanese-Canadians in 20th century Southern Alberta newspapers” exhibit is now being featured in the University of Lethbridge Library. The exhibit presents articles from Southern Alberta newspapers and reveals how they portrayed Canadian Nikkei (people of Japanese descent) during the 20th century. From the exhibit you will see how the newspapers reflect changing cultural, moral, and social attitudes over time.
