Prentice Brown Bag Event - The Times, They are A'changing

The winds of changes are blowing through the First Nations community. These changes will have an impact on First Nation peoples' social, economic and political standing in mainstream Canadian society. They are moving past the oppressive legislation and restrictive policies that marginalized them in their own country. I will address some of the initiatives undertaken by First Nations people, communities and leaders that are improving their own lives and their relationships with the Canadian public.
