Cancellation Policies

For General Bookings, Conference & Event Services requires at least 2 business days’ notice for cancellations. If we do not receive notice at least 2 business days before your scheduled arrival, you will be charged for the first night’s stay for all reserved rooms.

For Group Bookings, an attrition and cancellation clause will be signed before your group arrives. This will clearly lay out the expectations and responsibilities for informing Conference & Event Services of any changes to your reservation.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
