Galt Museum and Archives BIPOC Undergraduate Award (Applications open!)

The Galt Museum & Archives in partnership with Art History/Museum Studies invites applications for a $1,500 award for one undergradaute student in any program at ULethbridge who identifies as Black, Indigenous, or racialized with an interest in Collections Management at the Galt Museum. This award includes a work integrated learning opportunity at the Galt Museum in collections management as an intern during the Fall Term.

To apply students must submit: 

  • A cover letter (250-500 words) outlining how the opportunity fits the applicant's interests and goals
  • Resume and copies of transcripts (official or unofficial) 
  • Email application to Devon Smither (devon.smither@uleth.ca) by May 31, 2026.
