This hands-on workshop walks participants through the process of creating a poster with GIMP. Students attending this workshop will receive credit on their MyExperience Transcript. In this workshop, participants will learn how to:

• Setup a poster for print and digital
• Navigate the GIMP interface
• Use GIMP tools to create a customized design
• Export designs in a variety of file types

Come and join us for our Project Sandbox Craft n' Chill paper crafting event. During this event, you will be able to hang out with other members from the University community and create a project out of paper! If paper crafting isn't your thing, fear not, you can work on any other (easily cleanable) project you would like to bring. If you would rather just chat, that is okay too.

EndNote is citation management software which can help you manage, organize and use your research literature. It integrates with Microsoft Word (and selected other word processing software) so that you can "cite-while-you-write" using your choice of citation styles. EndNote is available for both Windows and Mac computers. We will be using the latest version in the Windows/PC environment with Microsoft Word.

This workshop is for you if you are looking for advanced video editing features to create professional looking videos. Students attending this workshop will receive credit on their MyExperience Transcript. In this workshop, participants will learn:

• How editing choice impact style
• The Premiere interface
• How to effectively utilize Premiers various workspaces
• Color correction and Audio editing tools
