Feeding Futures: Advocacy Through Food and Identity Conference

The Campus Collective Centre (CCC) and Lethbridge Public Interest Research Group (LPIRG) are excited to announce our 3rd annual advocacy conference, “Feeding Futures: Advocacy Through Food and Identity”!

The conference will be held on Saturday, Mar. 1, at the Science Commons Atrium. The conference is anticipated to run from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Safe disposal of glass and sharp materials

Any sharp object that is discarded into garbage cans has the potential for injury. To reduce the risk of injury by sharps and sharp objects, the following should be considered for proper disposal:

All sharp items (i.e. broken glass, metal, light bulbs, etc.) should be boxed or bagged separately and labelled so that Caretaking Services, and others, are aware of the hazard. In addition, please notify Caretaking at 403-329-2060 or caretaking@uleth.ca to request removal.
