University of Lethbridge onboards to the new MyCreds™ | MesCertif™ credential wallet platform – the new official nationwide digital credentials platform owned by the Association of Registrars of the Universities and Colleges of Canada (ARUCC).
Today, the University of Lethbridge, located in Alberta, officially joins ARUCC’s National Network called
MyCreds™ | MesCertif™. The two organisations are working collaboratively to make digitalcredentials accessible to the learner community.
MyCreds™ | MesCertif™ provides post-secondary learners across Canada with access todigitized and portable transcripts, badges, micro-credentials and credentials online – anytime, anywhere.
Key features of MyCreds™ | MesCertif™ credential wallet include 24/7 access by learners, bilingual service and support (French and English), and the ability for learners to access, view and share their verified and official transcripts, credentials, and documents in a digitized format.
The University of Lethbridge seeks to enable their learners’ global mobility and advance graduates employment success through the provision of verified digital credentials. Digital credentials (parchments/diplomas) will launch first in December 2020. Graduates from the October 2020 convocation and future graduating classes will benefit from digitizedcredentials. The online verification of graduation for employment purposes will become available in early 2021. The University is passionate about adopting digital technologies for the purpose of supporting students in a modern learning environment.

The ARUCC National Network continues to expand nationwide with new partners welcomed regularly. To date, over 30 post-secondary pilot institutions have joined thisgame-changing national initiative with numbers continuing to rise as the rollout continues across the country. The University of Lethbridge is the third postsecondary institution in Canada to launch the new digital credential wallet to its students through the ARUCC National Network.
