Fashion design and fine arts students to benefit from partnership between Lethbridge College and University of Lethbridge

March 18, 2015 – Creative art and design students from across Canada can take advantage of a new partnership between Lethbridge College and the University of Lethbridge. Starting this fall, the agreement provides for an easy transfer from the college’s Fashion Design and Sustainable Production diploma program into a degree program in the University’s Department of Theatre and Dramatic Arts.

Youth science outreach programs receive Government of Canada funding, southern Alberta students to benefit

Local businesswoman and U of L alumna, Janice Varzari, named as University’s 13th Chancellor

For the first time in its 48-year history, the University of Lethbridge has named one of its graduates as Chancellor. The University of Lethbridge Senate has elected Janice Varzari (BN ’90, MEd ’02) as the University’s 13th Chancellor elect.

Dr. Robert (Bob) Boudreau to serve three-year term as Dean of Dhillon School of Business

The University of Lethbridge has appointed Dr. Robert Boudreau as Acting Dean of the Dhillon School of Business. Boudreau has served as the U of L’s Vice-Provost and Associate Vice-President (Academic) for the last six years and is a 32-year member of the Dhillon School of Business, holding a variety of academic positions within the University including Professor, Assistant Dean, Director, Acting Dean of Graduate Studies and Assistant Vice-President (Academic).
